rotary drill

More powerful than the pile-drivers, IWADCOs' rotary drills are able to pierce the soil to over 200 meters depth.
For drilling on land and unstable terrain (of clay, gravel, or other) IWADCO teams use bentonite: a variety of artificial clay packed in 50 kg bags specially designed to prevent the collapse of the walls of the basement of all types of water wells.
The rotary drills of IWADCO allow you to perform drilling work with varying whole diameters depending on your needs, ranging from 8.5 '' (21.6cm) to 24 inches (61cm).

After the drilling phase, once the required depth is reached, IWADCO technicians proceed with the installation of permanent tubes and perform the washing operation of the new artesian well. This operation performed using polyphosphates is used to dissolve bentonite and eject it out of the basement thanks to technology system "AirLift".

IWADCO’s expertise in drilling, its park of engines and specialized machinery, coupled with its patented latest European technologies allow its technical teams to build wells up to 1,000 meters deep.
